I enjoy hot showers, like steaming hot showers but the problem is with the heat intolerance and fatigue I come out of the shower really exhausted and dizzy.. I have to rest after showering :) plus I can't feel my left foot .. I think I'm gonna need a chair in the shower or I just have to deal with cold showers :/

No more injections! Changed from Rebif 3 times a week to Tecfidera 2 pills a day.. life is so much easier 💃🏻 no bruises no swelling no needles and the side effects are manageable man! Alhamdulilah

I was about to inject and this sunshine came and asked why I have to do that, so I explained that I'm sick and this helps me so he said "look I'm strong" and then said he'll take care of me when I get sick ❤️
It just hit me how lonely I'm gonna be in life. My friends and siblings will eventually get married and start their own families, my parents will be too old to look after me. I'll be too sick to look after myself so I'm just gonna get me a caregiver. I'm gonna die lonely

Last time I was around this weight was two years ago before I was diagnosed, before I had to take the steroids to deal with the urinary urgency. I haven't had a relapse since then. Until yesterday when I had a headache so bad I went to the ER and spent 5 hours there, I had a fever and the numbness, tingling and heaviness came back, I couldn't walk properly I had to use my cane. My doctor was the neurologist on call and she said that the fever did a thing with the lesions that's why the symptoms are back and after all the pain killers thank god I can walk properly again and the headache is almost gone. I didn't wanna go to the hospital cuz I was afraid I'd have to take the steroids again and I'll gain weight and all the pimples and weird taste in my mouth would be back, the doctor actually wanted to admit me but she said since the MRI would only be open again by Sunday there's no need to stay since I was feeling so much better thank god. 25/6/2016
