How would you write a spin-off about Monica if the writers weren't assholes about killing her off?

Okay so first I would have it start with her leaving LA (preferably to another country or a coast like she wanted).

Monica would be working on getting her law license back and eventually work at a firm with lots of great people. And there would be a lot of soap opera style drama, but she will have a happy life far away from everything.

She’d also maintain contact with Wesley, Angela, and Nyla (I have a whole s5-now au where they’re dating and they’ll end up getting married before she leaves) and would occasionally return, but not without protection.
