Ms. Muller and Wesker commission <333 inspired by Skyfall on AO3
I've said it before, but it's still so uncanny to see Zeno's face express so much emotion (that's not rage or a maniacal smirk that is...)
It made me wonder: is this "more human Albert" closer to the person Jake's mom knew? (Whether if the real Albert Wesker's behaviour towards her was genuine in any way or just manipulation. And sticking to the canon of course where she apparently had no clue of his evil deeds.)
I imagine a scenario where neither she, nor Wesker died when they did and for some bioterrorism-related reason both the real Wesker and the Connections would need to secure her as an asset. And because of this both Wesker and Zeno would have to try to convince her that they are the "real Albert", thinking that of course she would trust the man she had been in love with for so long. But at that point Wesker is so far removed from his humanity that even if he tried, he wouldn't resemble the idealized version of him that she remembers. So could Ms Muller think Zeno the real one instead? Would this be a bruise to Wesker's ego, especially if she was important to him in some way on a personal level? Would Zeno feel vindicated that someone found him in a sense realer than the original? Just interesting to me to think about!
a moment of weakness
A tale of what could have been...
I can't stand this idea that Wesker had a one-night stand with Mrs Muller. WTF, it was a normal relationship, like any other. I'd even go so far as to say it was healthy because she didn't speak ill of him and even kept his child. It was definitely a normal relationship and no one can change my mind about that.
The Samurai and the Open Vein
A story about the history between Albert Wesker and Jake Muller's mother.
Mila Muller is an immigrant from Edonia to America trying to pave a future for herself. She is ailed by a chronic blood disease and pursues a future in science both to help others and to help herself--ending up as a measly receptionist at an Umbrella Corps location instead of following her dreams. Mila has never thought much of herself and her status in America has only solidified those feelings. The days become monotonous and forgettable.
As fate would have it she meets a closed off but charming older man and romance begins to blossoms. She opens her veins and her heart to him, and he takes them both without abandon... Could she really find happiness here? Perhaps salvation?
Mrs. Muller's story. Until the end.

👋 alright, so this kinda random n stuff, but what do you think of the whole wesker x muller ship? I’m kinda just getting into the re universe, and I was honestly just fuckin shocked when I found out that wesker had a son
We know so little about it in canon other than it happened. Just another retcon in the long history of retcons of Albert Wesker.
My actual headcanon is that Wesker got curious/experimental/didn’t like that Birkin got a hot chick before him and so started something of a relationship with a woman named Muller. He then quickly lost interest and ditched.
But that’s not always fun to write. Whatever you think of the relationship it can be a good indicator for what interpretation of Wesker is being used. I often use ‘he did care but his ambitions had priority’ for some of my fics. People still also actively ignore it too if they want. The joys of fandom.
