just saw a tag for Ravenzella/Primrose, have we been sleeping on this ship?? they kinda give "dated in HS, terrible break-up" vibes. Thoughts?

Omg very good catch!! Okay so in my insane coconut head I picture their story like a much less dramatic Nimona/Gloreth conflict, where a young Evelyn Primrose actually befriended Ravenzella (who I imagine was the princess of Grimoria at the time and not The Queen) and the two had a deep connection until maybe... Hmm. Maybe Unicorn Academy turned Evelyn against Ravenzella/Grimoria and that's why Ravenzella hates the academy so much? Or maybe Evelyn actually visited Grimoria and realized just how dangerous it is (or even got hurt there!) and decided that she needed to cut ties with Ravenzella. Or on the flip side, maybe Ravenzella chose Grimoria over Evelyn and Evelyn was the one who was betrayed? I dunno. There is definitely something intense going on between those two, this is clearly very personal for Ravenzella beyond just Grimoria disappearing. That little dance she did with Ms Primrose's statue seemed a little bit TOO familiar lol. I think it would be really fun to draw a young primzella, might give it a shot after I finish up my current Layla drawing
