Kira Siegal walked down the hall, trying to ignore the fact that everyone was staring at her. It was the first day of the new semester of school, and she just wanted to get back to normal life. Kira entered her first class of the day. She sat down in a desk near the back of the class. As other students made their way in, no one sat down near here, but everyone was watching her. Eventually the teacher entered the class. “Welcome everyone, my name is Ms. Jameson, and I notice we have something of a celebrity in this class,” she said as her eyes fell on Kira. “One of the heroes who fought against the Caldore invasion.” “I was able to help out, so I did,” Kira said. “But I’m not here to talk about that, I’m here to continued my education.” “Of course, of course,” Ms. Jameson said.
