After seeing and reading so many great pieces from the previous years, I was finally able to participate in this year’s Misawa’s Reverse Bang!! This was my first bang and I couldn’t have done it without the great support and understanding of my amazing partner, @noyuuki ! (Seriously, you were the best partner I could’ve asked for so thank you for sticking it out with me until the end!) We really worked hard on this piece of ours so give it a look at the link below! after months of work and planning, the misawa reverse bang is finally finished!

here are some fascinating numbers from the third round event:

i want to thank the following people, without whom this even would not have been possible:

the authors and artists who took part in this event. we had some moments of frustration but yall worked hard for me and for yourselves. i hope it was rewarding for you!

the few who volunteered to pinch-hit, because you helped make someones day and worked extra hard to finish with limited time given. your positive and helpful attitudes have been a saving grace.

everyone who helped spread the word abt this event, and supported the event and the participants throughout the past several months. your contribution often goes unnoticed, but its always valued and appreciated.

future plans

at this point i am unsure of this events future. while im certainly not going to rule out hosting round four next year, i dont rly get enjoyment out of it anymore and participation is severely down. we’ll just have to see what the future holds when it gets closer to 2018!

ill be making a post that includes the links to projects and collections from all three rounds here pretty soon, so everything is easily accessible.

I sat up and looked around the white room curiously; the last thing I remembered was lying down on my bed, clutching my pillow as I waited for sleep to come, waited for the pain to cease. For peace. Waking up again, especially someplace totally unfamiliar, was not in my plan. Had not been anywhere in my plan.

Miyuki Kazuya just wanted the pain to stop.Sometimes all it takes is finding the one person, the right person, to help make that happen.
