Teach your happy dance!
We played freeze dance and moved around the room to different musical styles to explore different dance elements (space, tempo, energy, body). Then, we created a dance phrase of movements that makes us happy and taught our phrase to a partner. Then, we combined them to create an even longer dance sequence.
