SINGER JIAN YI, MY LONG-AGO PREDICTION WAS RIGHT!!! I bet Jian Yi has such a beautiful voice.

Xi has so many photos of Jian Yi on his wall (or their wall bc I’m pretty sure Jian Yi stays at his place at this point but either way hella cute), I’m especially curious about what the one on the top right looks like in full.

I love how Jian Yi wants to go out and do things but he’s still heavily drunk even though he insists he isn’t, so Xi is preciously taking care of him. (even tho he straight up lies in this chap when he says he wouldn’t care if jian yi tried to get up but fell over - THIS COMING FROM THE MAN WHO LITERALLY CARRIED JIAN YI ALL THE WAY TO HIS PLACE SO HE WOULDN’T TRIP OR FALL AND GENTLY PLACED HIM ON THE COUCH AND STARTED DOTING ON HIM.. wee see you, Xi.

And then for OX to end the chapter with a cherry on top - Jian Yi saying he will take responsibility for turning Xi on lol.

jian yi hands zhan zheng xi a drink and zhan zheng xi notices that jian yi hates the flavor of his own and immediately swipes to trade his obviously better tasting one with jian yi because NOTHING BUT THE BEST FOR HIS BABY JIAN YI.

this is something super simple but I love how jian yi just doesn’t say a word to him and naturally sticks his arm out to give his hot pocket to zhan zheng xi in like 0.3 seconds in a gesture like ‘please hold this’ and zhan zheng xi is literally already prepared with his hand wide open almost as if he can already predict his moves...

I also loved that zheng xi just starts munching on it himself afterwards...

Ahhhhhhh! Old Xian did new illustrations of Zhan Zheng Xi and He Tian touching their bb boys. They’re still in their skit costumes. Zhan Zheng Xi wiping the blood off Jian Yi’s mouth in a gentle yet almost seductive way. Jian Yi ofc looks beautiful as usual. Makes my ZhanYi heart swell.

Okay, so I find this part really, really sweet because Xi packs extra bread in his bag for Jian Yi because he gets worried that he hasn’t had any food in the morning; he is just always thinking about him for any little thing and it’s just endearing.

(there is also a mention by jian yi of ‘redhead left the group’ and xi says he ‘saw it when [he] got up’, so it likely implies they got a text from either 1.) mo who told them he didn’t want to be in the ‘one day’ group/band anymore 2.) they got one from he tian where HT probably could’ve said ‘he won’t be hanging out with us anymore’... MGS seems to be trying to rid himself of all ‘distractions’ so altho he never hung out with jian yi and xi often, he is likely just trying to separate himself from HT (who he feels is his main distraction) as far as possible who would likely still hang around the other two.)

Back to zhanyi tho, I feel like maybe if his sister wasn’t rushing him out the door, he probably would’ve had time to notice that he grabbed the wrong jar by opening the jars and sniffing them. They do look so similar though lmao. It’s hilarious to me that ox uses the ‘crying’ imagery to get readers to freak out at first, only to find out it’s over the spicyness of the chili sauce. RIP to their tongues. xD
