“ someone just told me i looked like a high schooler,” daisy huffed, putting down her iced tea onto the table, her usual smiling lips twisted into a pout. “ the cashier was like oh are you visiting mokseong uni to see your older sibling? “ she knows that looking young had it advantages but it was annoying to constantly be mistaken for a high schooler. it was hard enough to gather respect. 

she sighs once more, picking up the iced tea and taking an annoyed sip. “ do you think i need to change up my look to be taken seriously i’m already a sophomore, what could be done?” daisy questioned, staring at her cousin, “yoojin, maybe i’m just cursed to look like a child for the rest of my life!”

cal freezes up in response to yoojin’s question, mainly because of the fact that he didn’t know how to respond to it. it’s been a while since the incident that the other mentioned and he was aware of the fact that he hasn’t tried to reach out to him since. but cal thought it was best not to talk about it. that as long as they avoid each other, there would be no difficult confrontation. 

but here yoojin is. and with a hard question, at that. 

“in a physical sense? no. you’re a great kisser,” he answers honestly (har har), but his expression drops as he continues. “but considering what happened afterward? yes, i do.” he huffs after he says that, feeling himself getting a little emotion from his own response. “but we can’t exactly change history, so there’s nothing to do about it.”
