For The Love Of Climbing by Paolo Dala
Climbing is akin to love. It’s hard to explain; we endure pain for the joy that comes with discovering ourselves and the planet.

Bike X Hike by Paolo Dala
Our plan was just to ride down to Wawa River. When we got there, I asked, purely out curiosity, the environmental officers if the mountains in the area were opened for climbing amidst the pandemic. They told me they were...
I then jokingly suggested to my officemates if they’d like to climb Mt. Bincayan. To my surprise, they said ‘yes’ with no hesitation.
My 4th Binacayan ascent. But this was the first time I biked to the base of the mountain, summited the mountain, then biked back home... My legs and the rest of my body were in pay for three days. Haha.
Best Cheap Nikes by Paolo Dala
I bought these pair of Nikes for my Japan Trip back in 2019. I bought for only PhP 1,500.00… I bought it for the sole purpose of all the kilometers I was going to do when I visited Japan. I expected for these shoes are as good as garbage after a daily average walk of 5 km in Japan.
2 years later, after climbing a mountain both here and in Japan and kilometers walking here in Metro Manila and in field works, this pair is still serviceable. They’re currently my biking shoes… Best-value Nikes I’ve ever had.
Canyons And Valleys by Paolo Dala
Canyons and valleys provide vast landscapes for adventurous travelers to explore. Climbers tackle routes up their rocky cliffs. Paddlers float down their flowing rivers. Hikers traverse their blossoming meadows and desert trails. Whether you prefer the view from Earth’s highest peak or deepest crevices, find the inspiration for your next trek in… steep and sloping scenery around the globe.

Trailblazing Women by Paolo Dala
“There is no reason why a woman cannot go wherever a man goes, and further. If a woman be fond of travel, if she has love of the strange, the mysterious, and the lost, there is nothing that will keep her at home (Adams, 1920).”
...women have churned out achievements in science and exploration, often with only fleeting recognition. They mapped the ocean floor, conquered the highest peaks, unearthed ancient civilizations, set deep-sea diving records, and flew around the world. They talked their way onto wars’ front lines and traveled across continents.
