hmm, i’ll do these for falon & maisie!! :)
A4. what things are they bad at?
Falon: he is intelligent, but he is more crafty intelligent, he’s a doer, if that makes sense. stuff that requires you to sit down and do lot’s of research reading through books is not really his thing tbh. he’s also really bad at not taking things personally, he’s insecure, soft and incredibly sensitive.Maisie: maisie is the person who starts 5464 different projects, but actually finishing them is something she is terrible at. she can be pretty argumentative too, once she is riled up it’s hard for her to shut up and leave it be. and often she doesn’t even need to be riled up in the first place.
E1. does the way they do things portray their internal personality?
Falon: pretty much, at least if you don’t suck completely in reading people. he’s quite, he always tries super hard to make people happy, he thinks before he speaks, even if he’s trying to be cool and suave it’s usually accompanied with an underlying, uncomfortable smile.Maisie:not really. her biting logic and rationality throws many people off and she knows it. she “purposely” acts different around people because of that. she is just more comfortable being someone else in most situations because she wants to belong. you need to establish some form of trust with her for her to be herself. if you’re very good at reading people you might see what she’s doing though.
E5. do they portray their personality intentionally or let people figure it out on their own?
Falon: the only thing he really does intentionally is trying to come off less insecure than he actually is, but he isn’t very good at it tbh lmao. people will figure him out on heir own mostly.Maisie:as i already said in e1, she will portray her personality intentionally, but it’s not going to be 100% accurate because she is protecting herself. maisie in her core is pretty soft.
G4. what parts of them do they like and dislike?
Falon: he likes that he’s crafty and dedicated. he rarely gives up if he really wants something! he can focus very well if he needs to, and he likes his hair and eyes a lot. he hates literally everything else about himself though, his self confidence is practically non existent :/Maisie:she has a strong personal bond with her hair. she’s also really clever and imaginative and she knows it. she’s also pretty funny. what she dislikes the most is that she is easily bored, distracted and often unable to finish her stuff. sometimes she is also unsure if she is lying or being honest herself (the way she protects herself is the main reason for that). her witty tongue often brings her trouble, too.
J3. are there any songs that bring them joy?
Falon: he sings sometimes with alvar and plays drums, their favourites brings him the most joy. he would not care much for most songs if they wouldn’t do that together.Maisie:she loooves music!! she is a fan of several wizard bands, like the weird sisters for example. she mainly likes rock, singer songwriter, guitar heavy stuff in general.
N1. what would they never do?
Falon: hmm.. killing an innocent. stealing. being purposely mean or unfair to somebody isn’t his thing either.Maisie:maisie is open for every possible idea at all times and all about “never say never”, there is no way she would know until she is thrown into the situation.
O4. is there anyone in their life that throws optimism on them?
Falon: his sister alvar!!! as a pessimist himself he got her to balance him out lmao. i would say dorian is a nice mixture of a cynical optimist, too!Maisie:maisie is an optimist herself (with hints of cynicism, similar to dorian tbh). most people she hangs out with are realists, especially blaise, theodore and draco, though draco is a bit more positive than the other two. optimistic are luna and daphne though and they are always there for her if she needs a pep talk!
U5. have they surprised people with being good at something?
Falon: lot’s of people in the inquisiton underestimated him just by looking at him tbh. he’s much more clever, dexterous and badass than most believe!Maisie:maisie suprised her parents with her interest and talent for quidditch! on a scale from nerd to jock she has always been more on the nerd side and she was never very interested in physical stuff, especially as a kid. but she really loves quidditch and she’s really good at it!
Y3. were they different when they were first created?
Falon: not really? i changed some background stuff which caused him to gather more social abilities than he originaly had, but i can’t think of drastic changes rn!Maisie:my first draft of maisie was a bit more focused on herself than on others, now it’s the other way around. but that’s the only thing that changed i think.
