Can we talk about the reprints in Bloomburrow?

I'm super excited for the set, but am noticing that a lot of the reprints are using old art that doesn't fit the new setting, and I find that upsetting.

We're they rushed and had to reuse old art to save time? Does reusing existing art save money and thereby maximize profits? I just don't understand why they would do this-- it makes sense for a core set or Masters edition, not a Standard set.
