MTLFW#25: Closet confession -Blossoming Blooms

For day  3 4 of FW, I wanted to catch the last glimpses of the summer's sun rays. I wanted to be girly and so a fun, colorful floral print seemed apropos (hmm, perhaps *Rush Couture*'s show presented the night before has something to do with it!) 

I neutralized my outfit with tan accessories for balance. I wanted to ofset my cutesy floral  look with bold, plum lips.

MTLFW#25: Closet confession (day 1, for me anyway)

I did tactfully hint that this Montreal Fashion Week edition was more eventful off-site than it was on, with the real action taking place in museum and fashion schools all in one day.

Still on a less is more state of mind (and with my numerous runarounds that day), comfort was key for such a hectic but fun fashion schedule. I wanted my vintage leather skirt to be looks' pièce de résistance. I gave it a grunge-y feel during daytime with a cropped plaid shirt and a bright fire-red lipstick. I then took my outfit from day to night with yet another short top but with pink lips this time.
