Oops] an activist, battle rapper and father, began advocating for his St Louis community when Michael Brown, an unarmed black teenager, was shot by police in 2014. He mentored youth, helped people secure jobs and served as a liaison between the community and police before being elected to Missouri's House of Representatives in 2016.
