It’s only the second week of school and I’ve already received a recor three noise complaints from the other residents in my building. Rest assured that I closely studied the complex bylaws before moving in this August and I’m well aware that I am not violating any ordnance by practicing between the hours of 7am and 11pm. I’m sure it was none of you that complained about me - unfortunately the building manager wouldn’t divulge the identity of my quasi-nemesis - however I find it hard to believe that there would be more than one person this adverse to Barbara.
Take this posting merely as my acknowledgement of your targeted attack on my talent and my assurance that I will continue to practice in my spare time whether that be 7:01am or 10:59pm. A winner does not have time to be complacent.
