looks on actor’s faces, musical cues, an insatiable desire to have more women in love with other women. (especially mature women in stable domestic partnerships that may or may not include children), tragic backstories, found families,

6. how did writing change you?

writing makes me more patient. gives me something to do when I’m waiting for things to happen, gives my brain something to spin my wheels about, distracts me from the day to day slogging of life, reminds me to be optimistic, provides me an emotional outlet.

writing...makes me more stable, calmer, fulfills many of my emotional needs.

8. what time are you most productive?

I wish it wasn’t night...but I think it’s night. late evening after dinner with tea.

13. hardest character to write

Melinda May is a good challenge, she’s so subtle yet she cares SO MUCH. I love her.

Jean-Luc Picard is a warrior poet and I always have to find ways to writer more intelligent dialogue for him. (he’s so well read!).

Regina Mills has so much going on in her head, so much self-loathing and regret and hope...she’s fascinating.

42. do you plan or do you write whatever comes to your mind?

My plans are very lose. Usually no more than a handful of ideas, maybe a sentence or two worth. sometimes I write scattered outlines (not often). usually it’s more...I have this feeling and I’m going to write to it. Which seems really vague, but usually works.

Dino does have two redesigns of the flag which more distinctly define the symbols on his Twitter from 2021, if you intended to use those instead for your header.)

Thank you for catching that! It's fixed now. I think I confused it with the variant that has the colored symbols in center rather than the black one.
