These guys are so cute. Very boop-able danger snoots (DO NOT actually boop da snoots!)

They're also trainable. Too many people fixate on their (debatably) venomous saliva, but they're also very inquisitive, smart lizards. My last husbandry team crate trained their juvenile in order to safely weigh him regularly. He caught on to both that and shifting really quick. He was also being target trained, and doing touch desensitization when I left.

He also always did the cutest sploots on the heat log after a nice big meal. Miss this guy. (Not the same individual as pictured above)
