Do you think you’ve gotten better at writing anything or any type of thing or situation since you started writing this character (or roleplaying in general)? 

I feel that in general I’ve gotten better at writing. I word things better and have more ideas than ever, for fan fiction, short stories, and novels in general (I’m working on a novel now ^^). I write sometimes outside of rp, and have a lot of plotting ideas when I’m not online that I haven’t really gotten to play out. I feel like when I write, I access all these like, different “me’s.” It’s helped me a lot in my writing and descriptions of things. I try really hard not to use the same word twice too close together.

In short, yes, I feel like I’ve gotten better at writing in general since I started rping.

Do you like fanfiction more or less than reading rp threads between characters?

I don’t know if I like one more really. I like both, for the most part. I think it depends on the story and the writing; I like things that catch my interest in general, but I’m big on grammar and sentences making sense and spelling, so if he grammar is messed up too much, I read it. I sit here and reword and rethink and reread everything I write like, 5 times to make sure that it makes sense and is spelled correctly to the best of my knowledge, so personally I feel that other people should give those who really try with their writing the same courtesy.

In short, I don’t know if I like one or the other more. They can both have really compelling and enjoyable plot lines. It depends on the writer/writing and story.

How much time do you spend roleplaying on average a week?

Oh lord. If you had asked me this about a month to a month and a half ago, I would have said a lot. Of the 168 hours that are in a week, I probably used to spend about 40 or so on average. Some weeks it would be more, some it would be less. It all just depended on my schedule really. Lately, with opera and personal issues, then Thanksgiving, it was hard for me to find time to get online. I hope to have more time now, as well as over Christmas break.

Despite knowing that it was highly unethical, Mark had slipped Gracie a sedative to help her sleep. He didn't like seeing her toss and turn, trying to get to sleep without crying. It was more for his comfort than hers' though. His fingers brushed through her hair and then gave her shoulder a  gentle squeeze. When he glanced over at Helena, he was starting to think that maybe he should've given her a sedative as well. He could tell that she wasn't asleep, it was late and she needed sleep.

"I know you're not asleep, Helena." He murmured, in hopes that she'd let him help her. Truthfully, he was scared of her but it was his duty to help her and he didn't want her to stay up all night. "Do want something to read? Or something to eat?" Mark shoved his hands in his pockets as he stood up and Gracie didn't even stir, she just let out a little snore.
