These last couple of weeks have been hard on my self esteem. But I'm fighting my brain and yesterday, I did something amazing. I wore a bikini. In public. For the first time in six years. I'm incredibly proud of myself for it, though it might seem trivial. And while I think it can be empowering to find beauty in oneself... it's not everything. You don't have to be beautiful to have worth. Be your stubborn, ugly, loud mouthed, shy, demanding, giving, soft, caring and opinionated self and you will be loved, I promise. #selflove #muchtalk #sodeep😂 #srslytho
