So this is the obstacle I got stuck with my left arm wedged in the space between that pipe across the top of the ramp and the actual platform you climb up onto before starting your descent down the other side. 😅 It took @worstyj holding me leaning my torso back off the ramp to keep my arm straight and another volunteer pushing against the pipe whilst Luigi pulled like a beast to wrench me free. Whole process was 5-10minutes and luckily nothing is broken, just a wee bit banged up lol. Very interesting experience at #MudHero2017

Some of the photos taken for #MudHero2017! I'm officially in love and addicted to obstacle runs! That was the most fun experience I have had all summer. Its tiring and I learned a lot about what kinds of training I need to focus on for the next one so that it's easier to endure and complete. I completed every obstacle but I was unable to run the whole way because of the number of steep hills the track included. I should have included the different Hamilton stairs locations into my training much more than I did. Thank you, @worstyj for being such an amazing partner and for being apart of this experience with me! You helped me train and prepare for this and I doubt I would have done so well or had as much fun without you.
