I think I will tell you about some changes that the Genderswap have
Cupette:
In this female version of Cuphead, she is more of a tough girl, she doesn't play by the rules. Although she obviously, time to time she likes to feel like a woman. She hates to be reminded that she is a "flat-chest girl", even if it isn't entirely true. And like Cuphead, she's greedy (in more ways than one).
Muglady:
Muglady is a bit of a pitiful girl, that's why she wears a bit long skirts, she feels sorry to show her body (even though Mugman is not exactly stocky). But she is not shy, she is quite intelligent and calculating. She really likes to hug her younger brother, and she sees other women like "That woman is too vulgar to go out with my little brother".
Mr Chalice:
Mr Chalice is a naive and a little ignorant boy, but he is very adorable and curious. He doesn't get the double meanings, although he does get the hints. He is powerful and protective of his sisters, he loves milk and although he wants to feel and be treated like an adult, he is difficult with his attitude, because rather his sisters treat him like a small child. He has a phobia of the dark.
