T. Hardy Pottery and Art has been hard at work on Labor Day weekend: Threw mugs, trimmed, handled, put slices in tea mugs ( slow dry time) wrapped mugs that need Logos to even out moister level. Threw this Lg bowl last week and now trimmed has a spout and a nob handle on back for top pouring. ( I see a future of batters being made. Not sure I will sell this one. But maybe a new addition of sets of mixing bowls.) Slow drying along with other items in drybox. Wetbox full with mugs need Logos some will be stamped(fingers crossed) some will be sliptrailed and black Underglaze over them. Lots to get finished up. Not sure any of these newbies will be ready for The Grand Detour Art Show this Sunday Sept 9th, 9am-4pm, but I have plenty of other pieces for that.
