Hubungan erat Kin Tai dan Mak Ngah wajar dicontohi

KUALA LUMPUR, 19 Februari:

Hanya kerana sekeping gambar yang dimuat naik oleh Zee Kin Tai, 27 di laman Facebooknya, ia menjadi contoh kepada rakyat Malaysia yang berbilang kaum untuk turut mengamalkan sikap kejiranan yang baik meskipun berlainan bangsa.

Tai memuat naik sekeping gambar yang memaparkan dia menerima kek brownie daripada jirannya yang mesra dipanggil Mak Ngah bersempena dengan sambutan Tahun Baru Cina.

Tai menerusi kapsyen gambar itu berkata, jiran yang paling disayanginya, Mak Ngah membuat kek brownie untuk dia sekeluarga bersempena dengan sambutan Tahun Baru Cina.

“Mak Ngah mempunyai hubungan yang istimewa dengan keluarga kami. Sewaktu kami adik-beradik masih kecil, kami sangat suka dengan nasi lemak Mak Ngah dan ibu bertanya kepadanya sama ada boleh memasak untuk kami bawa ke sekolah.

“Mak Ngah bersetuju dan setiap pagi selepas solat Subuh, dia akan memasak, bungkus dan menggantungkannya di atas pagar supaya kami boleh mengambilnya dan makan di sekolah,”ujarnya.

Menurutnya, rumah Mak Ngah merupakan rumah muslim pertama yang dia pernah jejakkan kaki dan menyambut Hari Raya bersama.

“Sejak berjiran hampir 20 tahun lalu, hubungan kami sangat erat. Mak Ngah seorang yang pemurah dan suka memasak seperti membuat kek, kuih-muih dan berbagai lagi.

“Saya mendoakan semoga Mak Ngah dan suaminya, Tok Haji sentiasa dimurahkan rezeki dan dipanjangkan umur,” katanya.

Gambar itu berjaya mendapat lebih 14,000 like dan dikongsikan sebanyak 949 kali.

Rata-rata pengguna laman sosial tersentuh dengan penulisan Tai dan berharap dikurniakan jiran yang baik seperti Mak Ngah.

Kebanyakan mereka berpendapat sikap yang ditonjolkan oleh Tai dan Mak Ngah mencerminkan semangah muhibbah yang sebenar dan menggambarkan konsep 1Malaysia yang perlu dicontohi oleh rakyat Malaysia bagi mengelakkan sentimen perkauman dan agama.

I have set an eye on her all this while. I like her subsidiary of FAVCO and as well their airport business in Cambodia. While many countries are experiencing contraction, Cambodia indeed a country not to be missed out in business or leisure. The Ang Kor remaining will support the subdue of global tourism challenges. 

FAVCO earning comes in with a kick towards South. But do be reminded that FAVCO even though is not the famous entity but they have the collaboration for the few technology that you can have in crane building. It is due to this, FAVCO comes with a premium and it is the beauty we should appreciate.

I believe her earning will be coming much lower as contribution from FAVCO. Still, I strongly believe it will be fairly distributed towards her other subsidiaries. At the same time, the APH saga should be well left behind and looking forward for any salvage value if management decided to release some subsequent news on the progress. 

Looking ahead for this month end for any earning surprise (praying for a positive one) and yes, some Fund Manager is collecting thru JP Morgan lately.
