Great news! Employers can now leave locum feedback on RLocums.
After a job is complete employers will be able to rate a locum on the following:
Courteous and friendly?
Invoiced agreed amount?
Arrived on time?
Delivered quality care?
Would you recommend this locum to other practices?
In each category, employers can give the locum a 'thumbs up', 'two thumbs up!' or 'may need reflection'. They will also be able to add comments to help locum reflection.
The RLocums feedback system is designed to help the locum reflect and your fellow practice managers using locums. Next time an employer book a locum they'll also be able to read feedback from others.
