I love to cook and thought I'd occasionally share some of my recipes. My favorite way to cook is with simple ingredients, intuition, start with a recipe then adapt to my own tastes. I like stuff that comes together quickly and uses meats, veggies ( a few fruits) herbs, fats, acids and sprinkles of spice. I'll share some favorite sauces here and there too!
