The Humbug and the Angel | Stella and Cassie

Stella wasn’t fond of Christmas parties. They were often not as great as a regular party. Not to mention, she rarely knew anyone at the Christmas parties she went to. As it was, she was waiting on a friend, who was late. He was suppose to be bringing his other friend, who he swore she’d get along with. Doubtful in her opinion.

Bored, she took out her cellphone, and began searching the internet for something fun. 

She was on her phone for only a few minutes when she looked up and noticed her friend had arrived.

She waved to him, knowing that sign language wouldn’t do much help until he was closer, and through the crowd. Once they were closer, Stella gave Felix (her friend) a huge hug. She signed a greeting to him, and asked how he was. 

He answered, and quickly introduced the girl he’d brought with him. Turning to the brunette, Stella gave a small smile. “Cassie, right?”

½ = How the character feels about people taller or shorter than them

Hunter: He’s pretty tall, so anyone taller than him kind of freaks him out. He loves people who are shorter than him. Maybe it’s because he doesn’t have to crane is neck to look at them.

Vincent: Short people are best. That’s it.

Ξ = How the character feels about their parents

Blake: He loves his parents, though they tend to suffocate him with the amount of love they give him.

Oceane: She loves her parents. She knows that things are often tough for them, but she also knows that they try their best.

Juliette: She doesn’t technically remember them (due to the Professor’s help), but in the instance the blocks break, she remembers them, and hates them with a great amount of passion. 

✦ = A secret the character will never tell

Alice: She murdered someone. It was an accident, but she never reported it. No one has come after her either.

† = How the character feels about murder

Malice: She’s a self declared villain. She kinda condones it.

Dakota: No one should murder. Why murder, when you can have fun in the snow?

The New Teacher’s Aid | Hunter && Lucas

Unfortunately, Hunter had spent much of the night in the hospital. The night ended with his arm featuring a brand new cast, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. Luckily, he’d managed to get a couple hours of sleep. Definitely not enough to function on however. It seemed coffee would be his best friend for the day.

Walking into the college, Hunter found himself at the administration desk. It was his first day, and he wasn’t entirely sure where the class was that he was suppose to be in.

Leaning against the counter, he waited for the secretary to return with a map and all the paperwork he needed.

Summer Camp Friends | Malice and Summer

Malice sat on the monkey bars of the jungle gym near the camp’s parking lot. There were three school buses full of kids of varying ages, and all she did was watch. Wearing a pair of black shorts, and a black Metallica t-shirt, she watched as preppy kids, and nerdy kids, and other kids filed off the buses.

She was always the first on to arrive, her parents not being able to wait for their three weeks of freedom. Alice was at some super nerdy camp, while Malice was stranded here.

Luckily for her, there seemed to be a decent number of newbies. Perfect if they were in her cabin for the entire duration of camp.

Olivia and Jack | Sunrise, Sunset

Olivia tossed and turned in her bed, sweat beading down her forehead. It was a similar nightmare to the ones that have plagued her since her kidnapping, with evil men with sharp and harmful objects tormenting her and her parents. She awoke with a scream. Thankfully, due to a rather unfortunate mishap when she first arrived, her room was a single and soundproof. The walls remained intact and no one was awakened but her. 

After some deep breaths to try and calm herself down, she got up and went to the window. After the nightmare, she was scared to go back to sleep. She saw the dark sky beginning to lighten and decided she might as well start the day by watching the sun rise over the spectacular scenery. 

She stopped by the kitchen to grab a granola bar and an apple then made her way up to the roof. She sat down and began to eat her small breakfast, finally beginning to relax after her nightmare. She heard something fall behind her and jumped up, yelping. She forgot that even a yelp was enough sound and force to cause harm.
