Work in progress! I got a sturdy but “ugly” chair from the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store for $15. It needed a little wood glue to pull itself together again. I sanded it one morning before work (nothing like a little sawdust in your coffee).
Today it got the first couple coats of paint. A little more light sanding and a few more coats of paint and it will be ready for the seat a co-worker is going to cut for me. I’ll stain the seat a grey color.
AFTER THE CEREMONY the chair will go in my studio.
