Edward had umbilical hernia surgery last night and was so brave! He fasted from breakfast until 7:30pm- around 12 hours! Was so proud of him he only asked about food once around lunchtime (normal hunger times)!. When he got back to the ward he made up for lost meals and had Greek yoghurt and mango, sausage casserole, a pork pie (his favourite treat) and some cheese crackers washed down with coconut water. What an absolute superstar. He’s a bit sore today as you can imagine but is doing well so it’s mummy and Edward day today!
