Holy shit. I'm making a Murder Drones theory involving Alice, so I had to research the list in Episode 7. Now, we already know that the list deadnames Alice, but looking over it, I've found evidence to believe that Alice isn't the only one that the JCJenson scientists refused to officially acknowledge their chosen name on the list. Just from the shots of the lockers in the same episode, I can conclude that the list also deadnames Triss (024), whose deadname can be seen at the top of the list and Mika (032), whose deadname is harder to spot, as it's in the part where Tessa is scrolling. It's near the bottom, before the text starts blurring (I have a screenshot at the bottom of this post where it's visible, but you'll need to max the brightness on your screen) This actually isn't true. I found a point in the scrolling where the number is clearer, and Jweb is 092, not 032. My bad. Alice isn't the only name inconsistency, the list is full of name inconsistencies.
This means that Alice's name in the list has both a Doyleist and Watsonian explanation. The Doyleist says that this entire list was written up by an entirely different person from the one who designed the lockers or the one who designed Alice, and the three never compared notes, and the Watsonian says that the scientists, on official documentation, never changed (or even refused to change) the drones' names, even if the drones themselves chose new names and got new ID cards and locker labels to match.
