MAN so i have such an issue with fedloan

basically i ended up with two accounts.

the first account used X email address and had my right SSN.

The second account used Y email address and had the WRONG SSN. This was the one i ended up using for four full years. I called and told fedloan, and they said they’d shut down X account and I could use Y account with my corrected SSN.

WELL NO

because I tried filing my FAFSA this year, couldn’t because my account had the wrong SSN. Called them again. They said I’d have to use the X account as that originally had my SSN. I couldn’t use the second account, though it wouldn’t be closed.

Couldn’t remember the username for account X so I went to fill out the form to recover it. Basically by putting in my SSN. 

But it connects my SSN to account Y??????????? so i can’t even recover it
