Sam Nordquist was a trans man much like me, 24 and sweet as anything. (Allegedly, or whatever) In December of 2024 he was lured to a motel in upstate New York by a woman he trusted. He was then beaten, tortured, held captive and sexually assaulted for over a month before he ultimately died.
The legal system is claiming that they cannot prove intent to kill. The legal system is saying that they cannot prove this is a hate crime.
Get fucked.
