Welp, it’s finally happening tomorrow night. A thing I have never done before, a thing I never thought I’d be brave enough to do, a thing which I wasn’t sure I was capable of doing. I’m talking live theater y’all. I’m going to be performing in T.S. Eliot’s “Murder in the Cathedral”, as Priest No. 2. I keep thinking back to when I was in kindergarten & was going to be playing the Virgin Mary in a school Christmas play, then got the flu & couldn’t. Now I’m finally getting to make my stage debut! I think this second chorus in the first act is one of my favorite pieces by T.S. Eliot. I find it so honest and true to the heartache and continuation of life.
