post-movie stuff: nux lives and eventually does make his way back to the citadel. capable and nux continue on with a heavy platonic relationship that maybe becomes romantic later on? and very far off, after lots of work on trust and such, trying to heal past wounds, physical and mental, before anything sexual happens. unfortunately, nux may get to the very end of his half life at this point, and i don't quite like to admit that since he's my baby. what do you think?
Realistically, I think you're right that he wouldn't live very long and they wouldn't really get to experience a full life together :/ but optimistically the new order extends the life of the War Boys, if only by a few years, and Nux gets a few more grains added to his hourglass :)
