#macallanmonday and this #singlecask bottling of #Macallan from #murraymcdavid was so good. They took #scotch and matured it for 2 more years in specially selected casks from #kovaldistillery in Chicago. These charred #americanoak casks previously held #ryewhiskey, and the rye casks combined with ex #bourbon give #themacallan an awesome balance of warming and sweet spice. Be on the lookout for this for sure, I love when independent bottlers make great #whisky next level.
