I have chronic pain because of my weak muscles. On a not sucky pain scale, I'm typically at a 4 constantly, but it's not unusual for me to be at a 5. But my leg muscles do what I think is seizing up from time to time. The first time that happened, it was because I was bending down to get a sock. My leg muscles seized up and I fell over. I couldn't stand up or move by myself. I would call it a 9. Thankfully, my ex was with me at the time and was able to pick me up, move me to my bed and get pain medication. I was at around an 8 to 8.5 on the pain scale for three hours. The next three days at least, I was at a 6.5 or 7. Yesterday it happened again while I was going to sit. If flared to an 8 and then proceeded to stay that way for about ten minutes. It dropped to a 6 and it has consistently been at a 5 or a 6 since, except for when I move in a way my muscles don't like and it spikes to an 8.5, easy, for a few minutes.
