I am so Sore

All of my muscles are spasming. My hand are cramping, I forgot I had hamstring and quads, my calfs are threatening to Charlie horse and... AND DID YOU KNOW THERE ARE MUSCLES AROUND YOUR RIBS?! Like back muscles but in front?! THATS A THING?!?! WTF?! Even my neck hurts... or is that my hair? 😭😭😭 there are muscles on my arms that I didn't know I had.

What do you do when your rib muscles decide that they are gonna Charlie horse and you end up looking like the possessed chick cause your trying to contort your body so that it stops HURTING!?!

I think my eyelids are tired too... imma get some food in me and then finally sleep
