I wanna know how his first interaction with the rest of the Googles went, and Bing? Unless he hasn't met them yet?

Initial meeting was nothing special. Strictly business. He's not there to socialize during business hours. He does get curious over their apparent personalities and free will. After he eventually gets to know them I'd say he respects Blue, wishes to protect Yellow, is indifferent to Green, and loathes Red. But loathes in a 'this one is infuriating with how they make me feel what the fuck' kind of way. You know?
I feel like most of Chrome would respect his wishes not to be touched. However, Red is a bossy bastard. If Periwinkle does not do something Red says, he will see it as a challenge. Periwinkle sees no need to obey orders outside of HQ, especially not from a fellow android that he does not work for or with
If Red grabs him, there will be an altercation. Periwinkle Will strike him without hesitation. Red is strong but I don't think he'd expect it.
Periwinkle is touch sensitive. And Red is the first to learn exactly how sensitive
Periwinkle thinks Bing is a nuisance but they do develop a small friendship.
Dark does end up purchasing Periwinkle and it's for the fact that Periwinkle cannot be influenced or affected by Anti. Because of his firewall. Since he was still working for HQ for such a long time he's got a lot of features. Most of which were prototypes. Dark finds this useful and feels smug knowing he can piss Anti off just by having Periwinkle present.
He does give Blue permission to try and emulate the firewall and apply it to the rest of Chrome
