Despite how heavy the fall out had been weighing on her mind, Maeve hadn't had the strength to reach out in the past couple of days. Instead she'd been throwing herself into patrols and work as best she could. That was until fate had other ideas.
She didn't know what had happened, weither she'd been infected with something or if it was some sort of side effect of over doing things with her powers but it sucked. She felt feverish, felt like everything was rushing. It was like she was on autopilot as she made her way to the only place that felt self in this state, to Peter's.
Her body somewhat argued as she made her way up the fire escape, still clad in her suit with whatever shirt and shorts she had stashed away over top. Fingers were trembling as she tried to open the window when she got to her destination, knocking urgently but weakly when it was proving difficult. "Please be home, Parker," she pleaded quietly, braced against the side of the window as she hoped he would answer.

"Who said I or you were a push over?" She chuckles, crossing her knees in his chair and her arms across her chest. "We're just two people on the opposite sides of the law. Maybe the same. I understand that you are looking for information on The Punisher."

Billy was in the bathroom fixing his face after getting hit by himself. All he did was go to one of the buildings that held the training for his Company, but some people didn’t agree with what he was doing, so they different show that. And today, after leaving the building, someone came up to him, punching him right in the face for nothing. So he was pissed out and in pain.
Abby had taken some time off and had promised that she was not going be leaving her apartment. It meant that she didn’t have to have someone shadowing her. She’d been spending most of the day catching up on her shows on Netflix that she hadn’t had time to watch. She was getting hungry and thought about ordering some dinner. Then she thought about Billy, whether or not she should invite him over. Before she could fully decide, she was reaching for her phone.
[SMS || Billy Russo] If you aren’t doing anything, I’m ordering pizza. You should come over.

Shireen stumbled out into the cold and grey of an alley, the sun trying its best to break through the clouds above but not truly succeeding. Holding her shawl to herself with one hand, and her stag figurine with the other, the young, scarred girl glanced about herself in confusion. Where was she? Was this... some sort of dream?
“Hello?” she called out, wary and not expecting a response after what had happened so painfully recently. “Hello, is someone there? Please?”
If this place was indeed real, then she was dreadtully lost... She would need to work out how to get herself ho- back to her mother. With luck, Selyse would not have time to notice her missing, and all would be as well as it could be.
She took a few steps forward, towards the mouth of the alleyway, and spoke again, working on keeping her breathing calm, “Hello? I... I need help, please? Hello?”

A sigh passed through slightly parted lips, maybe she was being too harsh on herself, or maybe, it was the truth. Either way, it made her feel like shit, and it always had. Eyes glance up to look at Matt before looking away, “that’s nice, don’t hear that much anymore.” Taking a drink from the bottle of whiskey she had been nursing, “well, you are a lawyer you should know this. The court of public opinion is quite harsh, and they don’t forget.”

Here was Jasmine in Egypt thanks to Tony Stark wanting to make some event for his huge ego. What the event was supposed to be, Jasmine couldn’t remember. Right now, she was at the museum looking around at the artifacts and wearing sunglasses hoping that someone wouldn’t recognize her as either Jasmine Ross, Tony’s consulting reporter, or Gardenia, the superhero who could control and manipulate plants. Jasmine was lost in her own thoughts when she accidentally bumped into a man.
“Sorry, sug,” she said in her smooth southern accent. “I didn’t see you there.”
