THIS WEEKEND!
We, Museums Press & Good Press, are exhibiting at Safari Festival in London this weekend! Its a striking line-up all round with some of our favourite people and artists attending and with tables. Its going to be a riot.
We'll have the few available Museums Press titles we have with us from Patrick Kyle, Jeffrey Kriksciun, Michael Swaney and Brennan Kelly, as well as some old gems we've found including Kevin Stanley Harris and Milano Chow.
From Good Press, as well as a few editions, we're going to have a whole heap of stuff from the store with issue's #4 and #5 of Noel Freibert's excellent comp WEIRD, a few from No Hopes of France, and solo's from Owen Piper, Nathaniel Walpole, Patrick Kyle, Joakim Ojanen, Malcy Duff, David Roeder, Jamie & Rickie McNeill and a few other I can't remember because we've packed them already.
Aside from that there are some new posters from US and also plenty of other secret things to make the wall behind us look snappy.

Here it is. We're happy to bring you 'Phasing' a new book from Patrick Kyle. Concentrating on an abstract side of his practice, this new publication from Patrick collects new works and reprints of two out of print titles.
Phasing is A5, 84 pages long, various paper stocks make up this sturdy little book. Each and every copy comes with a single colour, A3 poster! There are only 100 copies, come and get one!

AN ILLUSTRATED TREASURY OF QUOTES ON ART/LIFE EDITED BY JEN DELOS REYES
'The book looks at how the daily acts of living as explored by a selection of artists working today connects their life values, philosophies, and approaches to larger political issues including labor, economics, food production, and education and continues the legacy of artists who have sought to fuse art and life.'
The booklet features quote intepretations from Belin Lui, Corbin Lamont, Ariana Jacob, Kate Bingham-Burt, Justin Flood, David Horvitz, Lori Gordon, Paul Ramirez Jonas, Jason Sturgill, Kerri-Lynn Reeves, Will Bryant, Sarah Baugh, Crystal Baxley and Nicole Lavelle as well as an introduction from Jen Delos Reyes.
Jen Delos Reyes is an artist originally from Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Her research interests include the history of socially engaged art, group work, band dynamics, folk music, and artists’ social roles. She has exhibited works across North America and Europe, and has contributed writing to various catalogues and institutional publications. She has received numerous grants and awards including a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada Grant. Jen is the founder and director of Open Engagement, a conference on socially engaged art practice and herself speaks widely on Art and Social Practice at conferences and institutions around the world. She is currently an Assistant Professor at Portland State University where she teaches in the Art and Social Practice MFA program.
