February 2026 Update!

Hello everyone! ヾ(^▽^*)))

I would say I've been busy recently, but to be honest, I fell into a chain of distracting myself with something new for the past two weeks honestly. （＾∀＾●）ﾉｼ

I'm here again to talk about any plans I have for the month/near future!

Onto the post:

Writing

For writing, suffice to say, I did not complete my writing goal for January. (´。＿。｀)

I did write (and post on here) two snippets from Frequency: Forsaken, but not much in the way of my current main project or 534ft.

As for my plans, I intend to finish what I didn't manage to in January... and that's about it! Ditto of last month, more or less.

Although, that being said, there's a chance I pick up one of my other WIPs -- even if just for a little snippet or two :3 Probably City Of Stitched Flesh, or Death Of The Black Sun. Those two are calling me right now.

Music

Okay, to start -- for those who missed it, I finally finished Kasi's theme! ヽ(✿ﾟ▽ﾟ)ノ

It took me four months of chipping away at it until enough of it was revealed to finish it up. Afterwards (in like, a week), I took that and made the Frequency: Kindred Spirits Theme! ♪(´▽｀)

I don't have any concrete plans for music composition this time around, but I do have a few unfinished things I've started/I'm working on to show: (Warning: The file below may be loud)

This one is in the real early stages, where I'm mostly planning out the structure more than anything. Like making boxes or frames when making art of a person. It'll get there eventually!

There's a bit in there with Kai (Starill)'s & Lukas' themes, if you can spot them I'll give you a gold star! (o゜▽゜)o☆

I said I plan on recording myself playing piano, and here that is! :D

Not my best, and the quality isn't what it could be (recorded on my super old phone). Still, it has charm!

This motif I'm messing with here is currently unused. I'll probably turn it into a character theme or similar song, but I don't know who yet!

Other Stuff

For my birthday, one of my friends got me Stardew Valley, so that has been eating a little of my time here and there (great game, by the way!).

But, in the meantime, I've been mostly doing nothing (creative) for the past few weeks. I saw Iron Lung in theatres! What a movie, I literally still do not have words for it. I was completely shook for like an hour after watching it, couldn't even say anything!

Recently, I started working on a secret project™ :3 I'll show that off once I'm done with it, but it's related to my music more so than writing, so stay tuned!

Also, I didn't get a tattoo yet (´。＿。｀) I never got a response...

part of this dialogue from the radio is sampled twice in Heavy News by Bear Ghost (one of my favorite songs and very politically relevant, give it a listen!!)

the community episode is s3 e5 "Horror Fiction in Seven Spooky Steps" and it's sampled right at the beginning and again towards the end of the song :)
