discussing it. .. briar CAN sing. but he doesn't. instead he mostly sticks to instruments, and in particular strings. polaris makes a very good point tbh, in that violin actually suits him very well. it's a sound that hgjkh tbh expresses a sense of longing very well to me. but piano also fits him quite well, and as someone who fucking LOVES classical music, i really cannot help making comparisons. in both piano and violin, being the two opposing parts of his personality. as well as his sense of duty & promises, vs wanting freedom and escape. like the flexibility of both these iconic sounds / tones is just ... mmm.. . . mm
