Great 15 minute stretch this morning, followed by a mile run, and a cool down! In my stretch — I focused on opening my chest and loosening up my neck and shoulders for flute practice later. Funny how tight our bodies can get while we sleep. Now replenishing my body with some good ol’ electrolytes!! Was my mile perfect? Heck no!! BUT!! I showed up and that’s what counts!
