What is music? I feel it is something you make so that others have a gateway, a gateway to find that people understand what they’re going through, and they finally don’t have to hide away. We cry and laugh together, concerts make us do that, interviews too. Maybe if you met your idol IRL he/she made you laugh or cry, but in the best ways possible. We feel that no one understands us. All of our brains interpret EVERYTHING differently. Some prefer piano, other prefer mezzo forte. We are all different, I feel it is impossible to be or stay the same. I like so many genres, and I want to be in a band. But I cannot find the genre I really want to be associated with. I think I finally know what I could be leaning towards and I’m getting happier.

Music to Me!

For me, the music arrangement and the vocal are important for every and each songs. Tak kisah la siapa pun yang nyanyi, kalau takde kualiti dalam 2 benda ni, sorry to say. I don’t go and listen to every music even lagu tu lagu orang yang aku minat. Lyrics stand last. haha. A good lyric is a bonus though. Besides lagu sekarang memang susah nak cari yang lirik dia perghh meaningful.

Sekali dengar kalau music arrangement dengan vokal mantap, baru aku cek lirik and start sing it by myself. haha. Kalau lirik tu dalam gila, aku siap buat research kot. Sikit la pasal idea to write that songs.

Satu je tak faham fenomena sekarang ni. Ramai yang dengar musik yang entah apa2. I don’t know the reasons tapi lebih kurang mereka layan je semua lagu asalkan penyanyi tu sedap mata memandang? kot. Geli okay. Atau mungkin benda tu trend and orang tak nak ketinggalan. Yang buat lagu tu pun satu. Mentang2 artis tu dah popular sikit, buat lagu cincai2. BOOM! Meletup jugak kat pasaran. Ini jadi penyebab jugak aku lagi lebih suka dengar cover song daripada the original one. Because they got a better arrangement and vocals.

It’s just that biasanya lagu yang bagus2 ni tak dapat support company2 yang besar pengaruh dia, so promotion pun kurang and tak ramai tahu. Last2 hilang macam tu je. What a waste kan? I am not bias sebab aku universal. Semua lagu aku layan tak kisah la dari pelusuk mana, genre apa sekalipun. Yang penting those qualities yang aku state awal2 tadi mesti ada.

Music to me is

It's not that it's "life" But it CAN define life Music to me is a doorway to self expression through sounds! The sound music is, is too beautiful, too unique to comprehend it's more than words, it's when something can't explain through words only through the sound of music! Like when a Ballerina Dances with violent movements through anger Or when a painter makes a masterpiece of dying flowers from a broken heart Or when a a basketball player wins a game for his team from joy and Happiness Music is JUST as big and important, no not the MOST important, but one of them that expresses feelings and personality without words or actions just sounds alone. My life is not one genre playing on repeat, it's all the genres put on shuffle Music to me is more then my jam or something to listen to, It's a persons language of personality and feelings. it's a doorway of expression
