Full frontal... 3M reflective bag....

Full 3M Reflective front panel. This is one SUPER reflective bag, which makes it hard to photograph at night.

I have enough left over for one messenger bag.

30oz Reflective 3M laminated vinyl with 1000D Cordura liner/back panel, steel hardware and seat belt webbing shoulder straps.

Dont know about pricing but I'm guessing at least $250.

New DOT traffic signs are expensive!! Only bag in the world like this?
