Built in the year 1900, I find it hard to feel like this turn of the century brownstone doesn’t have any curb appeal. The embellishments on the black metal front door of 55 St. Mark’s Place are simple but add character. I’m a fan of the mustached face to the right of the entrance way. And the green ivy adds some color to this brown facade
