I made some rättänä from the blueberries I picked. Forgot to take a picture before my dad took a bite 😅

Rättänä is a traditional blueberry pie from Eastern Finland and my favourite pie to make. The crust is made with rye flour and the filling has potato flour in it, thus making it jam-like. This was my first time baking rättänä from fresh blueberries and it was delicious!
