Giant of a mutant teal with a lot of aquatic features that lets him pass as a sea-dweller when the helmet is on. He uses that to his advantage both on and off the bounty hunting clock.
Really poor/painful eye sight in bright lights due to an eye mutation prevents proper balance of dialation and miosis. (tends to remain way too enlarged. Fairly helpful in the dark though) His helmet, aside from hiding his face and voice, makes up for this by doubling as a disability aid, regulating light levels for him.
