Quirk: Rapid Fire
The user has mechanical appendages attached to their arms and back, of which function as automatic machine guns. These “guns” will continue firing so long as the user wills it.
Ammo must be loaded into built-in “cartridges” (accommodated within those appendages), and can be fired at a maximum of 100 rounds per minute. Ammo should be approximately 12.7 mm in width.
The user’s machinery must be cleaned and maintained regularly, and they must eat more iron and zinc lest it deteriorate (akin to muscle atrophy).

Another Eeveelution! This time, a funny critter who evolves through the exposure of a mysterious element found outside of Waivelenth: Utilon!
This substance is found to be the source of many Mutant Type Pokemon's power, studies show.
A feature of POKÉMON: HOKUM is two new types, ART and MUTANT.
ART - this type is super effective against Normal and Electric, albeit weak to Normal and Fire. This type resists itself and Psychic types.
MUTANT - This type is strong against Normal, itself and Fairy Types. It is resistant to Poison, Bug, and Flying. It doesn’t affect Ghost Types. This type is weak to Fighting, Steel, and Dragon types.
Quirk: Candle
The user’s body is made of wax, and they possess wick-like appendages on the tips of their fingers and toes. They don’t feel pain (though they can feel heat, to an extent), and any lost wax can be replaced with external parts (of which will feel noticeably artificial).
Quirk: Tension Coil
The user’s muscles are structured similarly to springs, allowing them to absorb impacts and convert them to kinetic energy. They can store that energy; however, it tenses their muscles over time, increasing the risk of their quirk activating without warning.
Overuse (converting/storing large amounts of energy) of this quirk can cause hypertension and/or muscular tension, and permanent damage with long-term use.
Quirk: Chimes
The user has metallic, chime-like appendages that grow alongside their hair, of which produce noise when rustled. These appendages aren’t prehensile, but they are nice to listen to.
