#gentrifyinggeorge #gethimoutofhere #muteseandecolonizer #thecaucasity I'm wondering why HU's alum aren't donating $20.00 4 times a year, (lets lowball and say its 33,600 people or so 33,600 x 20.00=672,000 per quarter/ 2,688,000 per year) to a fund for real estate endeavors. They should be buying up all surrounding property that goes on the market. They can eliminate the BS. I pulled the number from looking at 2015's graduating class where 61% got their bachelors, I then multiplied that number by 30 years.
