Chara after he and Asriel were resurrected Chara was happy to see his brother though it did feel awkward he, Frisk, Asriel, and Toriel all left The Underground to be a family. The family was mostly whole though things were still strained between Asgore and Toriel.
Chara grew up and as he did he grew to be more open and less serious, his hatred of humans waned though it didn't disappear completely. He nows works with Frisk, the two acting as ambassadors for Monsters to Humans though he takes the job more seriously.
Frisk
Frisk is an, odd man though after everything he did to free the monsters of the UnderGround and bring Chara and Asriel back few really feel like questioning that he was weird.
Frisk is a man that care very little about gender norms, simply wearing what he feels like and enjoys the company of who he wants (Assuming they want him). Frisk is happy to gift thing to his friends and family both sexual and non sexual though notably he doesn't give anyone anything with the expectation of getting thing in return, sexusl or not, only hoping that the gift makes them happy.
(In other words if he gives you a sexy outfit he doesn't expect you to wear it for him but he'd be happy if you did.)
